The Fastron Co. specializes in the manufacture of high quality custom fasteners of all types – including screws, locknuts, rivets, bolts, and washer assemblies as well as Clamp-Fast™ and Form-Fast™ brand products. Advanced computer modeling tools combined with our extensive knowledge of fastener construction enable us to help you design a fastener that meets the precise needs of your application. We utilize a cold-headed forming process to produce intricately shaped parts with tight and repetitive tolerances at speeds up to 400 pieces per minute. Our fasteners exhibit increased tensile strength due to grain flow lines that are neither broken nor cut.
We are capable of producing fasteners from #3 to 3/8" diameter and up to 5" long in steel, brass, aluminum, copper, bronze, as well as stainless and alloy steels. We offer a wide variety of point and screw head types to accommodate almost any drive style. Threading options are numerous and include sheet metal, dry wall, UNC, UNF, metric roll forming, among others. A long list of finishing options is offered to ensure that your fasteners perform in their intended environment.
